TEARS Question : Will The Haudenosaunee exercise their VETO right upon the UN ?
The 2013 just and good cause Shqwi'qwal Yuxwuletun UN credentials complaint on behalf of Kwa'mutsun Nation in Turtle Island North against the Elizabeth II Crown Canada at British Columbia is founded upon the original right of the child within custom and tradition; and, through the provisions of international law and the UN Charter; and, specifically, the historical and continued practise of illicit military occupancy for purposes of unjust enrichment of this said Crown Elizabeth II; her heirs and successors.
OIPC Court & UN : This complaint - as updated in 2014 - is submitted against this Crown Canada; British Columbia and the British Columbia Teachers Federation (BCTF) in matters of trespass; to wit, negotiating and establishing education policies and practices in absence of the tripartite attendance of Original indigenous Peoples of the territories in question - following advisements by this Complainant that such courses of action are considered contrary to justifiable entitlements of governing law; namely, that the paramount governing authorities of the named regions British Columbia remain as being only Original indigenous Peoples; and, that establishing education policies and practices in absence of Free Prior Informed Consent by these Original indigenous Peoples, supra, is contrary to the duties incumbent upon UN members and their officers or agents - including, in this case the BCTF.
While the substantive Complaint brief regarding, the UN Charter, Chapter VII to the 69th Session of the UN General Assembly and its Credentials Committee shall be oral testimony, per custom and tradition; a written copy shall be provide to all parties prior to commencement of the Hearings.
